• The villa is available for check-in starting at 1 pm aand you must check out by 11am sharp.
• We ensure the villa is clean and tidy for each guest.
• Please do not smoke or drink inside the rooms.
• You can use the private beach from 5 AM until 10 PM.
• The Common Pool is accessible from During the week, you can use the pool for 2 hours, and on weekends, for 1 to 2 hours.
• Meals are not provided. You can order food online or from a nearby restaurant. We've placed a menu and contact information for a restaurant on the kitchen table for your convenience.
• Before you arrive, you need to give the host one piece of government ID. To receive the villa key, show your ID and proof of payment to the villa staff.
• The villa is part of the BareFoot Bay community and operates on a self-check-in and check-out basis. Leave the key by the door when you leave so our housekeeping team can prepare for the next guests.
• We supply toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and towels.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa.
• Private Car Parking is available for guests at no extra charge.
